Adidas X Zalando Celebrate Feel-Good Fitness Collaboration Via ‘Can You Feel It’

The summer 2021 campaign called ‘Can You Feel It’ from Adidas and Zalando promotes the duo’s latest collaboration through multiple shot and long form spots bursting with colour and energy to celebrate feel-good fitness.

The positive, upbeat and colourful creative, rolling out through August, from the sportswear giant and online retailer was produced by Berlin-based Rekorder and features a strong team of influencers and athletes and their athletic passions.

Amongst the stars of the hero spot are German influencer Caro Daur, ‘Dancing Athlete’, as well as the model Minh2, Olympian Philipp Pflieger and champion Futsal star Ahmed Rakaba. Front and centre of the creative is Calisthenics athletes Dion Jamison and Thanh Nguyen who climb, jump and pop in the air in an unstoppable style.

The collection and its campaign are built on the idea that working out shouldn’t feel like chore and the beliefs that ‘wellness = pleasure’ and ‘wellness = fun’ and ‘wellness = feeling good’.

The message is that consumer should feel free to ditch their old drab trackers and step counters and instead listen to what their bodies have to say and throw themselves in to the euphoria of sport.

The copy line states: “Because if it feels good, then you’re doing it right.”

The video generates a pacey, enthusiastic and energetic atmosphere and was created via a set of three simultaneous shoots.

“We wanted to create a film that is full of joy, makes you feel the love for sports and delivers a message: Fitness means enjoying your workout, it means team spirit, simply to listen to your body, to feel good about yourself“, explained Rekorder Executive Producer Marino Coates-Chitty.

The hero spot was helmed by Director Cyprien Clément-Delmas who has worked on projects for clients such as Puma, Asos, Ray-Ban and i-D magazine, as well as on documentaries and music videos.
