Honda Vietnam Leverages Its Vietnam Football Federation Partnership Via ‘One Team, One Dream’ Match Recreation

Honda Vietnam, the main sponsor of the Vietnam Football Federation, leveraged its rights and sought to unify fans around their passion for the national team by recreating one of the country best known football matches.

 

The ‘One Team, One Dream’ campaign, conceived and created by agency Dentsu One/Redder Vietnam and produced by 116 Pictures Vietnam, is spearheaded by an online film is a light-hearted re-creation of one of the national team’s most famous games and brings everyday fans onto the pitch to take part in the action.

 

The spot blends real footage with various fans scenes from across the country (alongside a few Honda product placement shots) and then uses CGI to bring various fans onto the pitch to join the action and help the team (including a Honda employee).

 

The narrative arc reaches a climax when Vietnam score an 86th minute winner.

 

 

The activation aims to reinforce Honda’s ‘Power Of Dreams’ global brand platform.
